MRACX is a brisk urban walking/hiking, running, multi-sport and social club based in Midtown Toronto. We cover the four corners of Toronto from the Humber River to Victoria Park and the Lakeshore to Finch. Our goal is to promote fitness, health and wellness, and to build personal and community relationships.
What We Do
MRACX offers members a variety of weekly fitness, social, and community initiative events. Our intent is to provide members with a viable alternative to the gym, seven days a week. Get outside, we say! Our Toronto parks and ravine trails are extensive, a great form of exercise, and provide an opportunity to do activities with others.
We are currently following Covid guidelines and will adjust as necessary.
WALKING / HIKING
Brisk, fast-paced walks and hikes (5.5 - 6.5 km per hour) through local trails/areas. Distance ranges from 10 - 20K+
A pace for every runner from beginners to advanced. We run through the local area trails with distance ranging from short weekday runs to long run Sundays.
MRAC Social is a chance to enjoy a variety of weekly events that focus on having fun and building personal and community relationships.
MRAC MultiSport is for all other fitness activities. Bicycling, Nordic pole walking, swimming, kayaking, rollerblading and more.
